Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 clove Garlic, grated (for croutons)

  • To taste Kosher salt and black pepper

  • 4 cups Ciabatta bread, cubed

  • FOR THE CHICKEN
  • 3 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil (for chicken)

  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • 2 teaspoons Lemon zest

  • 1 clove Garlic, grated (for chicken)

  • 1.5 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
